You agree not to:

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

 

3. Fees, Payments, Refunds & Cancellation

3.1 Fees

 

All fees are listed on the website or communicated officially by the Company. Payment must be made in full before access to the Services is granted unless otherwise specified.

 

If a transaction fails due to technical reasons but access has been granted, you agree to complete payment within 2 days of notification.

 

All taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the user.

 

3.2 14-Day Refund Policy

 

Phoenix ProSchool offers a 14-day refund policy under the following conditions:

 

• A refund request must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase or batch commencement (whichever is earlier).

• The request must be submitted in writing via official email.

• Refunds will be processed after verification and may take 7–14 working days.

 

Non-Refundable Situations:

 

• Requests made after 14 days.

• Violation of these Terms.

• Evidence of content misuse or unauthorized sharing.

 

The Company reserves the right to deduct reasonable administrative and payment gateway charges, if applicable.

 

After 14 days, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

 

3.3 Cancellation by Company

 

The Company reserves the right to:

 

• Cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrollment, faculty unavailability, or operational reasons.

• Modify course structure or content for academic improvement.

 

In case of cancellation by the Company, users will be offered:

 

• Transfer to another batch; or

• A full refund.

4. Compliance and Acceptable Use

• Not to use course content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

• Not to represent yourself as affiliated with Finnexus Proschool without written consent.

• Not to engage in disruptive behavior during live sessions.

 

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misconduct.
